21-Day Belly Fit Self-Love Challenge

With Mother’s Day this coming Sunday…

I had an idea for a Challenge.

It’s been a while since I’ve offered a Challenge, so I thought, why not make it super exciting, and go bigger?

Since I don’t have my own mom around to spoil and celebrate, I thought I could spoil and celebrate YOU instead.

This Challenge is for YOU, especially if you need to become more of a priority in your own life.

Because, it’s definitely time that you feel important.

Not to mention worthy, beautiful, strong, bold, and at peace with who YOU are.

So, I’m challenging you to put yourself first for 21 days.

Make yourself THE priority.

NUMBER 1 on your list of to-dos.

The QUEEN.

Because you deserve to feel LOVED.

Especially by YOU.

In these 21 days you’ll be loving yourself in MANY ways, including:

  • Moving and appreciating your body
  • Letting go of stress and anxiety
  • Eating to love yourself
  • Reflecting on what’s makes YOU you
  • Reconnecting with your heart and what YOU really want
  • And much more…

You’re not the same person you were 5 years ago, 5 months ago, or even 5 days ago.

What’s the Challenge?

It’s 21 days of SELF-LOVE challenges beginning Monday, May 10th.

It’s just 21$ to enter, and you get 21 days of 5-minute workouts, new insights, and lots of support from me throughout.

Each day of the 21 days will consist of:

1. A 5-minute BELLY FIT SELF-LOVE workout

Movement is a form of self-love.

So each morning, I’ll email you a 5-minute workout, sending love to your muscles, joints, and organs.

It may be a short resistance or cardio workout, stretching, or a yoga sequence.

No equipment will be required, except a gym/yoga mat, and some comfy clothing.

And you choose when you’ll get it done during your day.

2. A simple SELF-LOVE extra

In addition to loving yourself with a little movement, I’m giving you an EXTRA challenge.

This is a simple activity of reflection, discovery, or joy.

It shouldn’t take longer than 5 to 10 minutes.

Here’s how to enter

  1. Sign up here or use the button above. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be directed to PayPal for the fee of 21$ CAD (or contact me if you’d prefer eTransfer.)
  2. Once you’ve done that, you’ll get Welcome Email from me, that includes the 21-Day Belly Fit Self-Love Challenge Checklist to print out and track your daily progress.
  3. Each morning, beginning Monday, May 10th, you’ll receive the two challenges I described above: A 5-MINUTE BELLY FIT SELF-LOVE WORKOUT, and a SELF-LOVE EXTRA.
  4. Each day, complete both challenges and check them off on your Checklist.
  5. On May 31st, take a picture of your completed Checklist, and send it to me.
  6. On June 1st, I’ll randomly pick a winner from the completed Checklists! It could be YOU!
