Ready to go from Belly Fat to Belly Fit?

This fall I’m creating space for community.

I want to bring together women who are in mid-life and feel challenged by their changing bodies.

Because I think we all need support as we go through the changes of perimenopause and menopause.

I know it’s a time when you can feel alone.

When you feel like your body isn’t yours anymore.

And when it seems like things that used to work for your health and fitness, aren’t working.

That’s why I created the Belly Fat to Belly Fit group coaching program.

As a coach, this is what I’m about.

I’ve studied changing hormones and I’ve learned what actually works, not only for fat loss, but what works to keep you healthy and feeling good.

And I also know all the things that can get in the way of taking care of yourself.

Old habits, old thoughts and beliefs about your body, feelings of guilt and unworthiness, and just a general lack of time and energy.

These are all obstacles that can be overcome.

And with the support, encouragement, and accountability of a group…

I know we can break through all these obstacles and make the changes we want to make.

Why Belly Fat to Belly Fit?

For me, creating this group is a dream step in my journey.

I started working with women almost twenty years ago.

First through personal training, then group classes, and then I added nutrition coaching and yoga.

And it all started because of my mom.

She passed away from colon cancer just as she entered menopause.

At 57, her body had changed and I know it was a struggle for her.

I wish I knew what I know now back then.

I wish she’d had a group to share and talk with.

Losing her made me, a brand new mom, realize that I needed to create better health and fitness in my life.

And I’ve had the good fortune, along the way, to pay it forward.

So, this September it’s happening

I’m creating a space to connect.

We’ll work together to feel better and more confident in our changing bodies.

We’ll get healthier and fitter.

We’ll talk about what works when it comes to foods and eating, exercise, sleep, stress, and more.

And we’ll encourage each other along the way.

I call it the Belly Fat to Belly Fit group coaching program.

And yes, we’ll be losing inches around our bellies, but we’ll also be…

  • Reducing peri/menopausal issues (like hot flashes and brain fog)
  • Eating healthier, and less emotionally
  • Moving regularly, so it feels simple and motivating
  • Sleeping better, and falling asleep easier
  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Getting and giving support, encouragement, and connection from a group of amazing women

We’re starting September 14th.

Meeting weekly, online.
