Be HER now

When you look in the mirror, who do you see?

Do you see the woman you can be, or the woman you have been?

Do you see the mistakes and screw ups, or the successes and accomplishments?

Do you appreciate what’s beautiful, or feel disappointed by what isn’t?

I’m the first to say that you are not your body.

And your body is not you.

Your body is just the vehicle that accompanies you on this journey.

Instead, you are who your mind believes you are.

And your mind can believe whatever you choose.

It’s the most powerful, and misused, tool you have.

If you used it as it was meant to be used, you’d be the woman of your dreams right now.

You’d be HER.

And what’s awesome is that, in this very moment, you can be HER.

It’s as simple as flicking a switch in your mind.

Making a choice.

Believing something you want to believe.

You, and all of us, have this ability.

You don’t have to be 130 lbs to believe you’re thin.

You don’t have to have a PhD to believe you’re brilliant.

You don’t have to be making millions to be believe you’re rich.

You can be HER now.

Confidence, beauty, strength, brilliance don’t come from outside you.

They come from what you think of yourself.

In this present moment.

Stop using your mind to remind you of what you’re not.

Putting yourself down doesn’t make you more popular or loved.

When you use your mind this way, it shows you exactly what you believe.

When you use your mind to see what’s amazing about you, it will show you more of that.

Belief is your super power.

And no one I know demonstrates this super power better than my daughter.

She’s a soul that has believed in herself since the day she took her first breath.

She has always declared who she is, before any external evidence.

And she has successfully created her young life this way.

I love that about her.

She shows me what’s possible.

Young children are naturals at this, but as adults we forget.

I had to relearn (or remember) how to do this, but it’s like my daughter, at twenty, has never forgotten.

So, I want you to remember

You are a beautiful woman.

You are a brilliant woman.

You are a rich woman.

You are the woman you always wanted to be.

You are the woman you choose to be.

Who are you choosing to be?

Sending you love and light,

Debbie
