It’s obvious that you need to move your body to change your body.
But in order to move your body, you need to use your mind.
Because your mind is in charge.
- It’s your mind that gets your body out the door.
- It’s your mind that chooses the food that goes into your mouth.
- It’s your mind that decides how you’re going to deal with stress.
So, if any of your goals include fitness, health, fat loss, or strength…
It’s your mind that will get you there.
That’s why it’s worth it to spend at least a little time, each day, to create a supportive mind.
And my favorite, most effective tool for doing that is meditation.
That’s why I created this 21-Day Meditation Challenge.
And it starts this coming Monday, July 18th.
The challenge is about learning to use your mind, on purpose, to affect your body.
And I hope to make it the most powerful 10 minutes of your entire day.
We’ll be getting quiet, breathing, zooming out of our five physical senses, and focusing on what’s going on inside.
And we’ll also be creating new ideas, and challenging old ones.
All with a bigger goal of getting calmer, fitter, slimmer, and feeling better.
