It’s a new month, and that means a brand new challenge.
For August, I’ve got a HIIT (that’s High Intensity Interval Training) challenge for you.
Now, don’t be worried about the name.
Yes, the workouts are intense but they’re also done at YOUR OWN INTENSITY… and they’re short.
Each daily workout is only 4 to 6 minutes in length. No equipment required.
Research is showing that exercise done in short bouts of higher intensity movement is more effective for fat loss, maintaining lean muscle, and improving endurance.
You may be a little skeptical about such a short workout. It’s been drilled into us that the longer we workout the better. But studies are telling us the secret may lie in the quality (intensity) rather than the quantity.
I know that if you do this mini workout each day, you’ll notice a difference by August 31st.
Here’s a video where I talk a little about the challenge… it’s on my Facebook page :
So, are you ready to join me?
The challenge starts tomorrow and of course, it’s free.
Let’s get this done!
