What a week!
It’s been super busy, but a really GOOD BUSY, if you know what I mean.
In my business, each time the season changes is my busy time.
So now that we’re heading into summer, some things are ending, while other things are just kicking off.
And one of the biggest things I’m kicking off this summer is a 12-week Online Health Coaching Experience , beginning June 1st.
I created this experience for 2 reasons:
1. To give you a taste of the benefits that coaching can give you without having to break the bank.
2. To get you to see and feel in your own body, that in a short amount of time, with the help of some accountability and consistency, you can create amazing changes.
And I think summer is the perfect time to get this done. WHY?
I mean the weather’s just ideal for getting active: You can hop on your bike, go for a walk or run, splash around in a pool, or throw a ball around with the kids.
Also in summer, fresh food is abundant. Markets are teeming with wonderfully healthy fare.
And finally, seeing other people out there being active, is just plain motivating!
So, with this ideal season in mind, I thought, “Why not make the most of it?!”
And if there’s a summer vacation in your plans during these 12 weeks, then all the better!
The whole experience is portable, and vacation will give you an opportunity to learn what to do when things aren’t always ideal…
Because honestly, no matter what the season, there will always be challenges. Am I right?
So, that all that being said, what exactly is this online coaching experience?

As I explain in the video (in much more detail), I’ll be providing you with online coaching for fitness and nutrition, as well as offering you regular motivation, accountability, and support.
Basically, I’ll be your coach AND your cheerleader for 3 months!!
And because I’m offering this experience online and in a group format, I’ve been able to make it even more affordable.
But the only problem is that I can only take 10 women on this journey with me, because logistically that’s my max.
