Why would you want a health coach?

  • You need motivation and support
  • You’ve got a specific goal, and need the accountability that a coach can offer
  • You want to learn what exercises to do, and how to eat, to finally lose fat and stay lean
  • You’re super busy, and you want solid results in a short amount of time

  • Also, online coaching provides you with convenience and flexibility as you can participate in your coaching calls from wherever you are… at home, at work, in your car, at the café… literally wherever you are.
  • It’s really important that you find a coach you click with, that you feel comfortable speaking to, and that you feel has your best interest at heart.  And you may not be able to find this person in your area.  In that case, online coaching can be a viable and successful option.

In this class you’ll be strengthening and toning your muscles, and increasing your cardio endurance, all while playing games, completing challenges, and hanging out with great people.

Ages 12 & up.

It’s going to take place on a new date and time, Tuesday, September 5th, at 9pm EDT.

I’ll reveal what I believe you should know about your body, like how hormones and stress are contributing to your changing shape as you age.

And finally, I’ll show you how FOOD has become therapy, and how overeating and eating what makes you feel “good” aren’t working.  Then I’ll reveal the surprising thing that is working.
