How to make exercise EASY

Exercise.

It’s something you want to do more of…

Because you know you should.

But that “should” can make exercise feel like a necessary evil.

And although it is necessary…

It’s not evil.

And that’s the key to getting in more exercise:

Changing your thoughts about it.

So why not try on a new thought?

Something more uplifting, motivating, and comforting.

Like…

Exercise is so easy, I could do it all day long.”

Or something along those lines.

Over the years I’ve written many posts on how to make exercise easier.

And today, I just want to share a few of them.

Because the biggest battle with exercise is truly in your own mind.
