Morning workouts rock!! Here’s my take on it…

Yes, I’m an early riser.

Just me admitting that, might be annoying to you.  Sorry…

But there’s just something I find so uplifting and peaceful about morning.

And to be honest,  I actually find it pretty cool knowing that I’m up while most of the world is still soundly sleeping.

In addition to the cool factor, I also find that early morning is the best time for my brain and body.

When I was in university, cramming for exams, I’d be in bed at 9pm and up at 4am to get in those last couple of hours of studying.  Yes, I was weird that way, but early morning study was always much more more focused for me.

I’ve also gotten some of my best and most creative writing done between the hours of 3 and 6 am.

And most notably, when I work out in the morning, I have more energy and enthusiasm for the rest of my day than when I don’t.

Now, aside from the energy and enthusiasm I just mentioned, getting your workout done first thing in the morning, gives you no need for excuses at the end of the day.

Spend your summer with me!

What a week!

It’s been super busy, but a really GOOD BUSY, if you know what I mean.

In my business, each time the season changes is my busy time.

So now that we’re heading into summer, some things are ending, while other things are just kicking off.

And one of the biggest things I’m kicking off this summer is a 12-week Online Health Coaching Experience , beginning June 1st.

I created this experience for 2 reasons:

1. To give you a taste of the benefits that coaching can give you without having to break the bank.

2. To get you to see and feel in your own body, that in a short amount of time, with the help of some accountability and consistency, you can create amazing changes.

And I think summer is the perfect time to get this done.  WHY?

5 Ways to Streamline Your Waistline (… after 39)

Getting older is tough…

But I’ve decided not to buy into the hype.

In fact, I’ve put a moratorium on blaming things on my age.

The thing is, I left 39 in the dust five years ago, and I feel stronger and more confident now than I ever have… probably in my whole life.

But despite that, I do have a family history of colon cancer.

As you may already know, my mom died of the disease when she was only 57.

So, a few weeks ago I went for my very first colonoscopy.
