You’ve got a lot going on, and it can be challenging to prioritize your needs, let alone your wants.

As a result, your health and fitness, your peri/menopause experience, and your happiness are impacted.

As your coach, I’ll teach you to create time for YOU, map out a clear way forward, and keep you accountable every step of the way.

2. Release Stress and Calm Your Hormones

In perimenopause, you’re dealing with changing hormones on top of challenging work responsibilities, complicated relationships, and conflicting priorities.

How you deal (or not deal) with these stresses shows up in your body and impacts your physical, as well as your mental and emotional health.

Weight gain, exhaustion, anxiety, depression, and illness are a few clues.

Not to mention other menopause symptoms like hot flashes, migraines, and joint pain.

As your coach, I’ll show you how to handle stress in a healthier way, calm your hormones, and transform your body and mind.

3. Create Sustainable Eating Habits

A diet isn’t the way to go in midlife. Been there, done that.

To create lasting, sustainable change means creating a new relationship with food and eating.

It means knowing not just WHAT to eat, but WHY you eat.

And it can also include your relationship with alcohol.

As your coach, I’ll give you the tools to handle emotional eating and drinking, and create sustainable food prep and eating habits that integrate into your life seamlessly.

4. Integrate More Movement Into Your Days

Movement is not about getting to the gym.

It’s all the physical things you do eat day from walking, stretching, taking the stairs, lifting heavy objects, and so much more.

Your body needs to move to function, and in perimenopause and beyond, it’s more important than ever.

But it’s also easier than you may think.

As your coach, I’ll get you moving in ways that fit into your lifestyle and feel so good, you’ll look forward to moving every day.

5. Create Sleep Habits to Energize and Motivate You

Sleep is underrated.

And you find this out when you’re struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep.

When your body is changing, it needs rest and recovery, and when you don’t get that, it’s very hard to lose weight, manage symptoms, and feel anything more than lethargic.

As your coach, I’ll create a sleep routine that will re-energize you, and enable your body to move through peri/menopause with ease, and make weight loss simpler.

What does coaching with me look like?

We meet online, so you can be anywhere in the world, at a time that works for you. Meeting weekly for six months gives us time to explore what works best for you, how to manage failure, and feel truly transformed, successful, strong and capable of moving forward on your own.

You get 100% accountability, with support from me every step of the way. We’re in this together, focused on your goals, and always finding ways to be successful. Your success is our success. And although we meet once a week, there are many ways to stay connected in between sessions if you’d like that extra support.

You move forward step-by-step until we get to your goals, no matter what they are. Whether your goals include weight loss, gaining fitness and energy, sleeping better, managing your changing hormones, or just feeling better without restrictive diets, crazy exercise programs, or huge time commitments… We can get you to your goals. And even if you have life goals like a career change, starting a business, repairing a relationship, finding love… We can get you there.
