My winter 2025 yoga session officially begins January 14th.

New to yoga?

No problem, this is a class for eery level.

It will help you relieve stress, stretch tight muscles, increase your mobility, and breather easier – so good!

And if you’re in midlife, like me, and anxiety and stress at a high, yoga offers you calm and a sense of control.

So, come and check it out! 

Classes are taught on Zoom, so you can join me from anywhere.

I have 2 classes offered weekly from January 14th for 10 weeks:

  • Tuesday mornings – 7:00 to 7:30am Eastern time
  • Thursday evenings – 7:00 to 7:50pm Eastern time

This winter session is just 119$ CAD (plus tax).

All classes are recorded and sent to you, in case you can’t make them live. You also have access to my library of over 100 classes.
