A few years ago I was gaining weight around the middle even though I hadn’t changed the way I was eating and I was working out and running regularly.  I was also suffering with acid reflux, body pain, and feeling totally stuck in my life.  AND I was feeling alone, having NO CLUE what was happening to me and why it was happening.

My mom passed away at the age of 57, and I never had the chance to talk to her about menopause.  So at 45, when I was having symptoms, I thought there was something seriously wrong with me.  That’s when I was introduced to the word PERIMENOPAUSE.

And I discovered there were things I could do, lifestyle changes I could make, that would turn things around for me.

As I made these small, specific changes, I lost a lot of the belly fat, the acid reflux disappeared, and I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I felt renewed.

And I even began to get excited about this time of life.
