As your coach, I'll show you the way, helping you navigate food, exercise, stress, sleep, and your emotional mind.

Step by step we'll get you to your goal... Whether it's weight loss, feeling more confident, improving your health, realizing a life-long dream, or all the above.

What does Coaching with me look like?

  • You build healthier habits one step at a time. We look at your food, eating, exercise, stress, sleep,... and break through any real-life obstacles that stand in your way. All going at your pace.
  • You lose fat and feel better without restrictive diets, crazy exercise programs, or huge time commitments. Extreme measures don't work in the long term, and we're creating healthy habits to last you a lifetime.
  • You stay 100% accountable and are supported by me every step of the way. We’re in this together, both of us focused on your goal, and even beyond!
  • You meet with me, one-on-one, each week for 6 months by Zoom or by phone. From experience, I know that 6 months gives you time to explore what works and what doesn't, so you feel strong and capable enough to continue on your own.
  • You get all my best tools, as you need them. All my practices, worksheets, infographics, workouts, yoga classes,... Anything that can help move you forward.
  • You can contact me between sessions, by text or video messaging. I'm here to support you, when you need me.
  • You get stronger physically and emotionally. I want you to have an awesome perimenopause experience, and live a healthy, fulfilling life way past menopause.

Hi, I'm Debbie.

I'm a certified Life Coach living in beautiful Montreal, Canada.

As a Life Coach, I help women over 40 release belly fat, stress, and get healthier and fitter as they navigate perimenopause, menopause, and all the lifestyle changes mid-life can bring.

I'm also a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer and nutrition coach, as well as mom to three young adults. 

In my free time, I enjoy running with an awesome group of friends, cooking vegetarian fare, and cuddling up with a good book and a hot cup of chai.
